Principal of Academics
My name is Tessa Samuelsen, and it is an honor to serve as Principal at San Clemente Christian School. I am passionate about Christ-centered education and excellence in academics. I have 11 years of teaching experience in elementary education and 12 years of administrative experience in both private and public schools. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. My goal is to instill in each student and teacher the love of learning, to help them see the world through God’s eyes, and to equip them to take risks. My specialty areas include growth mindset, innovation, differentiation, and student engagement. My dream is to serve the Lord every day by doing what I love.
