Interview and Prospective Student Shadow

Schedule a formal interview with the Admissions Committee as well as set up a time for your child(ren) to shadow a classroom (optional).


Initiate the Application Process

Each prospective student must submit a complete online application. To begin the application process, Create an Account online through our third party student data management system, Renweb (Our school code is CB-CA). Next, log in to your account and create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

If you will be applying for tuition assistance you must do so before submitting the application packet. You will be asked to provide the financial aid application code. Failure to provide an authorized number will prevent you from receiving financial aid and completing this application. After applying, you must return to this site and complete the application process, including the application code that you received when applying for aid. Assessment and Records Review

A review of records and assessments will be conducted by our Admissions Committee as part of the process to ensure goodness of fit for families and school community.


Admissions Decision

Once applications are processed and assessments are completed, candidate files are reviewed by the Admission Committee. Prospective families are notified as to admission status and necessary next steps.

  • 3 half days: $5,000

*Full days are from 8:30 to 3:00 pm (with the exception of Wednesday which is 1:30 dismissal)

*Half days are from 8:30 to 12:10 pm

Registration and Additional Fees

Returning Student Registration Fee: Earlybird: $400; Regular $800 ($600 for each sibling)

New Student: Registration Fee: $800 (Siblings are $600)

Parent Participation Contribution: $350 fee should a family choose not to offer 40 hours of Family Service Hours

Fee for non-automatic tuition payments: $250
