Middle School Math & History
Hello! My name is Mrs. Leesa Voris, and I am delighted to join San Clemente Christian School as a middle school math and history teacher. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Over the course of eight years, I had the privilege of homeschooling my four children. That experience inspired me to return to school and earn my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential through Cal State Los Angeles. Since then, I have taught in classroom and independent-study settings in both public and private Christian schools. I have also coached high school cross-country and track, helping student-athletes develop perseverance, confidence, and strong character.
My goal is to create a classroom where students feel valued and supported while being challenged to persevere and reach their individual potential. I strive to guide students in developing both academic excellence and Christ-centered character so they are prepared to positively impact their communities and lead lives that honor God.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, skiing, and traveling. This year, I look forward to building relationships with SCCS students and families and helping my students grow in confidence, character, and faith.
