Grace Burgoyne
Third Grade
Hi! My name is Grace Burgoyne, and I feel so blessed to be starting my first year as a third grade teacher at San Clemente Christian School. I graduated from California Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to use my education as a way to serve the Lord. My heart for teaching is rooted in the belief that every child is created in the image of God and has a unique purpose. In the classroom, my desire is to cultivate not only a love for learning but also a deeper understanding of who Christ is and how His truth shapes every part of our lives. I want students to know that they are seen, loved, and capable, not because of what they achieve, but because of who they are in Christ. When I’m not teaching, I love surfing, dancing, and traveling! These are experiences that constantly remind me of God’s creativity, joy, and beauty in the world around us. This year, I am most looking forward to walking alongside my students as they grow academically and spiritually, watching them discover the gifts God has placed in them, and partnering with families to nurture hearts that love Jesus and shine His light.
